PRICES

Prices shown here exclude Swedish VAT of 25%.

Please note: the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to custom charges, import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

These additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom practices vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Vera Velour does not refund duties, charges or taxes associated with international shipments.

PAYMENT
We only accept payment by Eurocard, Mastercard or Visa. An additional charge for postage and packaging of USD 30 will be added to your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
Normally your order should be with you within 15 working days after you have recieved notice that your order is accepted.
For shipments outside EU we usually send by ordinary mail.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will automatically get an order confirmation with information what you have ordered to your e-mail address.

If anything is found to not be correct, please contact us immediatly at vs@veravelour.com.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please report any outside damage direct to the carrier.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

We accept exchange and returns to us within 14 days after you have recieved the goods, subject to being returned in the same shape and condition as when we sent it to you. Exchange and returns are sent on your expence.

Please write clearly on the invoice that comes with your package, the reason for return or exchange and send together with the ordered product to this address;

If you return the whole of your order, any charges paid in connection with your purchase, such as postage and packaging charges, will be refunded to you. This sum and any refunds will be paid after we have recieved your return shipment. It usually takes about two weeks from reciept of your return for us to process your refund.

COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaint about your product, please return it to us. Naturally we will refund the debited amount including postage and packing.

FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside of our control.
